Motorola Edge 20 series originally debuted globally late last month.
Motorola Edge 20 and Edge 20 Fusion India launch date is August 17th at 12 PM IST, as confirmed by the company. The Edge 20 will be available via Flipkart in the country and a dedicated microsite reveals its complete specifications. To recall, the Motorola Edge 20 series debuted globally last month and come with an AMOLED display, 144Hz refresh rate, and 108MP primary camera. Interestingly, the Motorola Edge 20 Fusion will be a rebrand of the Motorola Edge 20 Lite, reports Pricebaba citing tipster Yogesh Brar. However, unlike the original that came with the Dimensity 720, the Edge 20 Fusion Indian variant will come with a slightly more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset. The rest of the specifications should remain the same.

The Flipkart listing touts the Motorola Edge 20 to be the slimmest 5G phone in the country at 6.9mm thickness and is also the first to ship with the Snapdragon 778G SoC and have support for 11 5G bands.

The triple camera setup on the back will include a 108MP primary sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, an 8MP telephoto lens with up to 3x optical zoom and 30X digital zoom. There is a 32MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. The Motorola Edge 20 has triple cameras on the back with a 108MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth lens.
