Manchester United star Anthony Martial ignored boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer before he was taken off against Newcastle on Sunday, it has been claimed.
Martial had another disappointing game in front of goal at Old Trafford and was taken off during the second half.
The Frenchman has scored just four times in the Premier League this season from 20 appearances – with two of those goals coming in the 9-0 win over Southampton at the start of the month.
Despite Edinson Cavani’s recent good form, Martial was favoured to start through the middle against Newcastle, with Daniel James on his right and Marcus Rashford on the left.
But Solskjaer found fault in the 25-year-old’s performance and could regularly be heard shouting at him to provide some movement, according to the Manchester Evening News.
