Same! My husband (then-boyfriend) and I were in college. He was driving us from campus to his house, about to get on the expressway, and one of his windshield wipers went flying off. My dumb ass just stared in the general direction it went and asked, “Do we go get it?”
Thankfully we were able to drive a short distance to a K-Mart (lmao) to pick up a new pair… And changing our first set of windshield wipers in the pouring rain was a whole other experience… But it was definitely a memorable experience in the early days of our relationship.
